My Great Dane, Olive, is a classic giant ‘scaredy cat’. She has a sixth sense and intuitively knows when someone is about to trim her nails, clean a wound, clean her ears, give her a bath, you name it. The moment I even think about doing any of these things, she tunes in and takes off. This became a serious problem recently when she got a foreign object embedded in one of her paws. The paw swelled so much that it pushed her nails into the outer pads, creating additional injury and swelling. The vet, rightly so, wanted to try a non-invasive approach to removing the foreign object before risking anesthesia, but this approach required Olive to accept an Epsom salt foot soak for several minutes and then pushing/squeezing on the infection site. Before we got going with this, Rachel did a chakra healing on Olive to open up the flow of her energy, provide balance, and support healing. Shockingly, even though Olive knew Rachel was doing something to her, she accepted the energy healing and stayed still (while sucking a blanket) almost the entire time. While it wasn’t entirely without effort, we were actually able to get Olive to tolerate the attention to her paw and the end result is that she healed completely and WITHOUT surgery. Olive is now back to harassing her little sister and running like the wind. I absolutely credit Rachel with helping Olive have a greater sense of calm and trust while we worked on her paw, and boosting her ability to heal. I will definitely be back (for both me and my fur babies).
I made an appointment with Rachel out of desperation. My Lily - whom I adopted last fall - had suddenly taken to peeing my bed. Every 2 weeks. Like clockwork. And I'd lost faith in her vet's suggestions after following them for 2 months to no avail. I couldn't have this peeing continue, but getting rid of her was not an option because I take my commitment to her very seriously. So Rachel came over and spent time with Lily, I don't even remember exactly what happened but I remember it involved chakras and some communication with Lily letting her know what behaviors are okay and which ones aren't (like peeing in Rachelle's bed!) Anyway, Rachel did this at the end of May. Now, I'm not saying it worked...I'm just saying Lily hasn't peed anywhere but the litterbox since then, and this happened 3 months ago. I'm enough of a believer at this point that I'm going to make another appointment with Rachel soon in a preventative-capacity. Lily has her yearly exam and vaccinations in October, but she poops/pees out of fear every time she is put in her carrier. I'm hoping that another session with Rachel will - again - be very strongly correlated to an improvement in Lily NOT pooping/peeing the carrier this time!
My little one (Bella, a boston terrier pug) is vegan and has tummy trouble from time to time when she eats something not vegan, Rachel has provided wonderful healing for her one several occasions now and each one of them Bella has been very receptive to. This morning's was no different: I texted Rachel after noticing Bella looked exhausted. he wouldn't eat her breakfast this morning and was acting weird all of yesterday-very lethargic. I had a gut feeling something was wrong. Well, when she didn't eat her breakfast this morning and had diahrrea, I texted Rachel to see she if she could quickly see what's wrong. Without telling her anything about Bella's tummy problems-she texted me back after checking her out (from her house, about 5 miles way) and in a hurry told me that she said the trouble was in the intestines, colon, and anus. Totally right on! She said she was going to perform a little treatment on her, opening her energy pathways. She even said she would check on her later when she got back from her appt. Sure enough, I texted my brother earlier in the morning and about 5 minutes ago he texted back saying that she finally ate some of her food and eliminated a little outside. I would highly recommend Rachel. Even though her and I are friends in real life, her professionalism and willingness to help are always top notch and I wouldn't be here telling you this if I didn't think she was 100% invested in animals' welfare. She is fantastic.
My openhearted experience. Rachel came to the farm to work with my horse Santi. Overtime Santi had developed many tumors between his ears and other parts of his body. What Rachel found was a blockage in Santi’s solar plexus area of the spine. That prevented the flow of energy to be disperse thorough out his body. His chakras were blocked and barely open. Rachel’s approach was natural and very professional. I appreciated the time she spent and the thoroughness with the examination and her healing technique. Her gift of communication was very evident to me and her clear confidence was comfortable and reassuring and made the healing process quite enjoyable and educating. She explained why she was doing what she was doing and what to expect. Santi ‘s response of excessive yawning during the healing told me he was and open and receptive to her healing work. The best thing about all of this was it has made me take a deeper look at myself and how closely my horse and I mirror each other. So I am applying the work as well to myself and honoring Santi. I will continue the process with Rachel and am very excited to continue to see the results!
The Gutsy Grackle recently performed the 'Etheric Heartbeat end of life ceremony' for a friend's ailing doberman on the evening before he was put to rest. The technique surrounded his body with heart chakra energy so that he was filled with all the love he so selflessly gave others. What an honor to participate in such a loving and healing ceremony! And Gutsy handled this situation so beautifully - she was intuitive, kind, patient, and just an amazing partner in this process. We ask for her help to give this gift to our beloved canine friend, but in the end I know we all felt the gift of love, connection, and comfort that came through during this session.
I rescued a male cat that I named 'Humphrey,' and I brought him home immediately after he was neutered. He was in a horrible state-very stinky from the outdoors, covered in his own urine, and certainly a little frightened and worked up. Rachel volunteered to help with Humphrey's condition, and she came over the same day. Humphrey was hiding under the bed, and she was very patient with him. I was also in a very frazzled state, so she also helped me let go of my stress! By the end of the session, Humphrey was very calm and purring in my lap. Prior to that he wouldn't even look at me!
Wow, where do I begin! I found out about Rachel thru her sister Mary and I am so grateful! She came and visited us last Sunday to do some healing sessions with my Jillie (purebred crazy golden retriever) and Jack (black lab/golden retriever mix aka small polar bear). I could write a book on this one experience! I could physically see toxins leaving Jillies body throughout the day (worked on fatty tumors and blockages) and she has been so playful and loving, not just crazy demanding dog. Jack received a wonderful dose of his own love and I actually started crying during his session because I could feel it too! He has been a bit more relaxed, eating better, and happier (he worries too much). I can't wait to have Rachel come out and visit my horse Breezy and see the pups again. Thank you Rachel! You are amazing and such a beautiful spirit!!
My Great Dane, Winnie, underwent a major knee surgery last week. The surgery involved cutting bone and securing the joint with metal plates, so my baby has a very bruised, very swollen and very painful leg right now. Winnie's sister, Olive, was extremely anxious about the whole situation and spent a lot of the weekend watching over Winnie. The Gutsy Grackle got involved and did long distance energy work on Winnie, and also spoke to Olive. After the energy work, Winnie wasn't as restless and had her first good night of sleep! Olive told Gutsy that she wanted to see Winnie's paperwork to confirm for herself that she would be ok. Um, OK Olive, if that's what will make you feel better. :) We showed Olive the notes from the surgeon and talked through the details with her, and I have to say that she was super attentive through the whole conversation. She's still looking out for her baby sis, but somehow I know that was exactly what she needed. Thanks Gutsy for helping both of my girls - from half a country away!
Rachel came over and did healing touch sessions with my 2 chihuahuas Tootsie and Kona, as well as our newest family member, Bloomington the cat. There was such a sense of peace and serenity in our home during and after the healing. She even gave us "homework" so we could continue to work with our fur-kids daily. I highly recommend Rachel for your pet healing needs!!
I was out of town for 9 days and my cat Morrissey was not handling it well so I called upon The Gutsy Grackle to do remote communication with him. He was upset that I had left and made toy and food demands for when I returned. It was explained to him where I was and when I'd be back. He wanted a water dish added to the room he was hiding in. His caretaker added a dish and he still uses it. When I returned he was happy, not resentful, and looked healthy unlike all of the other times that I had been away. It was a great relief for both of us that communication was bridged via The a Gutsy Grackle.
My brother is the guardian to an under-stimulated puppy, who, full of puppy energy, has commenced to chew his way through the house. The Grackle rode her bike over (yay) to visit with the puppy and help everyone work on their communication skills. The puppy let us know he likes learning tricks and he will soon be enrolled in advanced puppy school. Thanks Grackle, for 'seeing' the answer, and for giving us all a new vocabulary.
Caring, dedicated, amazeballs! These are all words that I would, and have, used to describe the Gutsy Grackle's healing touch skills. She has been kind enough to help us with our two resident feline family members and five foster kittens. One of the adult cats, Apollo, has been struggling with anger towards kittens and/or possibly territory/resource guarding. The Grackle worked with him to relieve stress and energy cleaning. The Grackle also assisted, pro bono, with five (count um' FIVE!) foster kittens we have. We believe that the energy healing has helped these kittens enjoy life to the max and they are all healthy and happy. This is good because sometimes kittens this small don't make it when separated from their mother. Your animal friends/family will surely benefit if the Gutsty Grackle swoops in for a healing session.
